Job summary

FMS Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our West Coast People & Culture team in Western Australia. You’ll be hands-on across the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with operational teams and ensuring offers are issued promptly to enable new starters to hit site.

You’ll work closely with the West Coast Recruitment Lead in a fast-paced mining and heavy industry setting, managing multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining strong candidate

Qualifications

• Have previous recruitment, talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Understanding of mining, construction, or fast-paced workforce environment.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities concurrently.
• Strong administration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs (who/what/when/where/why).
• Write job ads and bring roles to market.
• Screen and identify strong candidates.
• Proactively source (headhunt) candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, references, medicals and background checks.
• Prepare offers, contracts and onboarding documentation.
