Job summary

Sirrom Corp. in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Perth team and support operations across multiple remote sites.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FIFO and corporate roles, from advertising through to offer, while delivering a positive candidate experience and quality outcomes for the business. This fast-paced, high-volume role rewards relationship-building, prioritising recruitment priorities and collaboration with Hiring Managers

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally FIFO/mining or facilities management.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers over the phone.
• Capability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems such as JobAdder or similar ATS platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.

As Sirrom continues to grow across Western Australia, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Perth team.

Supporting our operations across multiple remote sites, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing quality candidates for a range of FIFO positions. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Operations and Village Managers, you'll manage the recruitment process from advertising through to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience while delivering quality outcomes for the business.

This is a fast paced, high volume role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling multiple priorities and finding the right people for the right roles. Every day is different, and you'll work across a variety of positions including Utilities, Hospitality, Trades, Management and Corporate Support.

Primary Responsibilities Include
