Clough is seeking a site-based Recruitment Administrator to support the Resourcing Team across the recruitment lifecycle. You will manage documents, site entry requirements, and maintain records in SAP SuccessFactors.

Key duties include scheduling interviews and medicals, conducting screenings, and ensuring compliance across licenses, visas, and insurance. A collaborative, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced project environment.
• Background in both blue and white-collar recruitment teams.
• Strong eye for detail and excellent time management.

Responsabilités

• Administration of project/recruitment documents and site entry requirements.
• Scheduling interviews, medicals and related assessments.
• Conducting phone screening and reference checks.
• Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Issuing starter packs and filing documentation in SuccessFactors.
• Assisting with compliance reporting including licenses, visas, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, employees and clients.
