Job summary

Clough is seeking a site-based Recruitment Administrator to support the Resourcing Team across the recruitment lifecycle. You will manage project and recruitment documents, coordinate interviews and medicals, and ensure records are accurately maintained in SAP SuccessFactors.

The role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven individual with experience in blue/white-collar recruitment in a fast-paced project environment. Flexible/remote options are available within Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience administering recruitment processes and onboarding workflow.
• Ability to schedule interviews, medicals and assessments.
• Experience maintaining HR records in an HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and visas.

Responsibilities

• Administer project/recruitment documents and site-entry requirements.
• Schedule interviews, medicals and related assessments.
• Conduct phone screenings and reference checks.
• Maintain recruitment/HR records in SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Issue starter packs and ensure documentation is filed electronically.
• Assist with compliance reporting (licenses, tickets, visas, etc).
• Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, staff, supervisors and clients.
