RAC Insurance is seeking focused individuals to join our Recoveries team in West Perth, offering hybrid work with 50% work-from-home. The role handles motor recovery claims, emphasising strong customer service and compliant processes, with full-time hours, training, and opportunities for career development.

You will manage files, negotiate settlements, liaise with third parties, and contribute to service improvements while delivering exceptional member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recoveries, debt collection, or claims handling.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle liability principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• High attention to detail with evidence-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Manage recovery files to maximise outcomes.
• Investigating liability and identifying recovery opportunities from third parties and their insurers.
• Negotiating settlements and pursuing recoveries through direct contact, legal channels, or external providers.
• Communicating clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—throughout the recovery process.
• Monitoring recovery performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring all claims are managed in line with RAC Insurance policies, procedures, authority limits, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Deliver service that consistently exceeds member expectations.

We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our Recoveries team. These roles are responsible for managing our motor recovery claims, whilst delivering exceptional member service. Location: West Perth offices & Work from home 50% of the time Working hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week Hours: Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free! Alternate Shifts including 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm Pay: Competitive base salary + super + incentives + discounts! Training: You will be set up for success with in-depth training and on the job support Team: Working for an Insurance market leader you will be working with collaborative, supportive and likeminded individuals, with leaders who focus on your career development

What will you be doing?
