Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. is expanding its RAC Insurance Claims team in Western Australia.

The role involves managing a caseload of insurance claims from lodgement to finalisation, reviewing quotes, and negotiating settlements while delivering empathetic, high‑quality member service. Based in West Perth with a mix of office and home-based days, this full-time position offers structured hours and opportunities for professional development within a purpose-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with claims lodgement or end-to-end claims process is desirable.
