Job summary

IPN Medical Centres is hiring for a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) in Rockhampton. The role involves greeting, registering and departing patients, supporting doctors, maintaining a clean centre, and handling patient billing with accuracy.

Qualifications

Duties

Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients

Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre

Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times

Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services
