Job summary

IPN Medical Centres is recruiting a Nursing Assistant to work closely with Medical Practitioners and Nursing Staff, ensuring services complement, support and enhance patient care. The role emphasizes strong communication, time management and a caring, collaborative approach within a supportive, national team.

Desirable qualifications include a Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting or a Diploma/Bachelor in Nursing, with potential career progression and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical centre is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Medicare Benefit Schedule is desirable.
• Formal qualifications of a Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting or higher.
• Undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing (currently completing second/third year).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A caring and collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of nursing services to support patient care.
