Job summary

IPN Medical Centres is seeking a friendly front-desk receptionist to join our Australian network. You will greet patients, register and depart them, and support doctors while helping maintain a clean, efficient centre.

The role requires strong computer literacy, fast data entry, clear communication, multitasking, and the ability to build positive working relationships. We offer career progression, a safe environment, flexible arrangements, and ongoing training.

Duties

• Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
• Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
• Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services
