Job summary

IPN Medical Centres in Australia is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join a supportive and flexible team. You will deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients across our practices, focusing on chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, and health assessments.

You must hold RN with AHPRA registration, use Best Practice Medical Software, and have strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• RN registered nurse with AHPRA registration and eligibility to use Best Practice software.
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Patient-centred care with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients.
• Perform chronic disease management and triage.
• Administer vaccinations and wound care.
• Collect pathology samples and conduct health assessments.
• Coordinate treatment room operations and recall processes.
• Manage cold chain and sterilisation procedures.

About the role

Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.

Skills & experience

Minimum 1 years post registration experience

Strong communication and time management skills

A caring and collaborative approach to patient care

RN AHPRA registration & able to use Best Practice Medical Software
