Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a polished, customer‑facing receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and visitors. You will manage reception and support day‑to‑day operations in a busy office, delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house experience.

Based in Perth, this permanent role offers immediate start and a clear progression path into a Brand Ambassador role, with a salary package up to AUD 95,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Administration or another client/customer facing role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, approachable and polished presentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence interacting with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive mindset with the initiative to solve problems independently
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Managing reception and front-of-house operations
• Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional customer experience
• Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Following up quotations and assisting with customer communication
• Coordinating meeting rooms, couriers and visitor registrations
• Providing administrative support to the Customer Service Team
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Supporting initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience
