Michael Page Australia is partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to hire a Client Relations Centre Brand Ambassador in Sydney. You will engage customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, delivering premium service and sales support across multiple channels.

We seek a polished professional with fluent English and Mandarin, strong communication skills, and experience in luxury retail or premium customer service.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer service.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage customer information accurately.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce or SAP CRM preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends/public holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and social media channels.
• Support online and telephone sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with premium brand standards.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information across CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support after-sales service and repair enquiries.
• Identify customer feedback trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Escalate system issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
