Michael Page is seeking a Client Relations Centre Brand Ambassador for a prestigious luxury brand in Sydney. You will represent a premium customer experience across multiple channels, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You bring a passion for luxury retail, a sales mindset, and fluent English and Mandarin. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, premium customer service, contact centres or e-commerce environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Experience with CRM and customer service platforms (Salesforce, SAP CRM) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and social media channels.
• Support online and telephone sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with premium brand standards.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information across CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support after-sales service and repair enquiries.
• Identify customer feedback trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Escalate system issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
