11 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join a busy team at our client's Australia-wide offshore oil and gas operation. The role focuses on reception, membership records, filing, reporting and general office coordination.
You will support travel, documentation and confidential records while maintaining a professional front desk, with training provided and potential for growth within a team-driven environment.
Our client represents workers across Australia’s offshore oil and gas industry through an industrial partnership focused on workplace representation, member support and employment conditions.
The office works with members, organisers, legal staff, partners, visitors and other stakeholders. Administration supports this work through membership records, correspondence, reporting, travel coordination, referrals and day-to-day office operations.
This role forms part of a team supporting reception, membership administration, accounts, communications and office operations, with training provided across systems, processes and member services.
This is a full-time, office-based Administration Assistant role working Monday to Friday. You will support reception, member enquiries, records, correspondence, reporting, travel, legal documentation and office operations.
Your work will include updating membership information, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports in Excel and Word, coordinating flights, accommodation and vehicle hire, preparing referral documentation and handling incoming correspondence through Outlook.
You will also help keep the office ready for staff and visitors by monitoring supplies, deliveries, meeting areas and equipment.
We are seeking someone with administration and reception experience who can manage member contact, records and office requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
Experience with travel coordination or documentation supporting legal or operational teams will also be relevant.
This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility across reception, membership administration and office support rather than work within one administration stream.
You will receive training and induction covering systems, processes and the requirements of the organisation.
This is a permanent role, and applicants must have working rights that align with long-term employment requirements in Australia.
