11 Recruitment is assisting a family-owned business in Welshpool across a permanent, part-time Administration/Office Manager role. The position is three days per week, reporting to the Operations Manager, with responsibility for payroll, HR and financial administration.
The role covers managing the Integrated Management System (IMS/Mango), ISO compliance coordination, and support for tenders, procurement and reporting to drive business efficiency.

Located in Welshpool, we are seeking an experienced Administration/ Office Manager to join the business on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days per week.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a broad role responsible for overseeing the company’s financial administration, payroll, HR, office operations and Integrated Management System (IMS).
You will work across the business, supporting management and overseeing administration processes while ensuring financial, HR and compliance requirements are maintained.
To succeed in this role, you will have administration management experience with an accounts or bookkeeping background, including payroll, financial reporting, HR and general business administration. ISO or Mango experience is highly regarded.
