This role offers a $60,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and the potential to achieve a six-figure income. Train under industry leaders and grow within one of Queensland's largest real estate groups.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Attitude, work ethic and a genuine desire to build a successful future.

Responsibilities

• Database management and client follow-up.
• Conducting prospecting activities and lead generation.
• Assisting with buyer and seller management.
• Coordinating property campaigns and open homes.
• Attending listing presentations and sales appointments.
• Supporting negotiations and contract administration.
• Building strong relationships within the local community.
• Learning every aspect of a successful real estate sales business.
