Ray White Ascot is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our high-performing Inner North team in Brisbane. You will help grow the business, work with award-winning agents, and gain hands-on experience while receiving comprehensive training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months real estate experience (preferred).
• Previous sales experience is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-discipline, motivation and initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting through warm and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
• Building, maintaining and managing client databases
• Booking and coordinating client appointments and property appraisals
• Attending and assisting with open homes and auctions
• Attending property photography appointments and building and pest inspections
• Conducting buyer appointments and managing buyer enquiries
• Following up with prospective buyers and maintaining regular communication
• Providing professional and timely communication to clients throughout the sales process
