Job summary

Ray White RPG on the Central Coast is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves interacting with buyers and vendors, conducting property inspections, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

You will be part of a supportive local team, using property software and marketing tools to promote listings and keep clients informed. Entry-level applicants with the required certificate are encouraged to apply, with weekend inspections expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW Certificate of Registration or NSW real estate license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and arrange and conduct property inspections and open homes.
• Follow up with buyers after inspections and relay interest to the sales agent.
• Prepare regular vendor reports including buyer feedback, enquiry levels, inspection numbers and marketing results.
• Keep vendors informed with clear, regular updates throughout the sales campaign.
• Assist with preparing properties for market, coordinating photography, signboards and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate buyer and property records in the agency’s database.
• Assist with sales administration, contracts and campaign management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and the local community.
• Work closely with senior sales agents to deliver high levels of service and achieve best results for clients.
