Job summary

Ray White RPG on the Central Coast is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our team. In this role you will support property managers, show properties, and assist with tenant screening.

You'll gain practical experience alongside senior managers, work across inspections, applications, and maintenance coordination, and contribute to excellent landlord and tenant communication. This entry-level role welcomes motivated applicants with the NSW certificate.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or NSW real estate licence.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage priorities.
• Basic knowledge of NSW tenancy regulations.
• Comfort with technology and real estate software is a plus.
• Proactive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective tenant enquiries and arrange and conduct property inspections.

• Coordinate routine maintenance requests and follow up with tenants and tradespeople.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate property records and work closely with senior property managers.

About you

A current NSW Certificate of Registration in real estate or NSW real estate agent licence is required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A basic understanding of NSW residential tenancy requirements.

Confidence using technology, with experience in real estate software helpful.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to working as part of a team.

Previous real estate experience is welcome, but motivated entry-level applicants who hold the required certificate are encouraged to apply.
