Job summary

Piper Alderman’s busy Real Estate team in Sydney seeks a Property Associate ready to advance. You will handle a diverse range of transactional matters, including acquisition, development and leasing of large-scale property deals, with significant client contact and autonomy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PQE in property, exposure to leasing, an excellent academic record, and outstanding communication, detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

3+ years PQE experience in property.
Exposure to or experience in leasing work.
An excellent academic record with strong legal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
A “can do” attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow your career with Piper Alderman
Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also autonomously at times

Responsibilities

Support acquisition, development and leasing of large-scale property transactions.
Provide transactional support with client contact.
