Job summary

Piper Alderman is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our Real Estate team in Sydney. You will work closely with a Partner on a broad range of commercial property and leasing matters, including major property transactions and leasing portfolios for private and institutional clients.

In this role, you will gain deeper property law experience in a collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Paralegal in Real Estate/Property.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contracts for sale of land and settlements; liaise with clients.
• Assist with commercial/retail lease documentation preparation and execution.
• Maintain matter documentation, precedents and workflows; provide lifecycle support for property transactions.
