Piper Alderman’s busy Real Estate team in Sydney seeks a Property Associate ready to advance. You will handle a diverse range of transactional matters, including acquisition, development and leasing of large-scale property deals, with significant client contact and autonomy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PQE in property, exposure to leasing, an excellent academic record, and outstanding communication, detail, and teamwork.

• 3+ years PQE experience in property.
• Exposure to or experience in leasing work.
• An excellent academic record with strong legal skills

Are you an ambitious, high-performing Property Associate ready to take the next step in your career? Our busy Real Estate team in Sydney is seeking a talented legal professional to join a collaborative group of property experts and industry leaders.

You’ll work on a diverse range of transactional matters, supporting the acquisition, development and leasing of large-scale property transactions. The role offers significant client contact, autonomy, and the chance to springboard your technical expertise into complex and challenging work in a national environment.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have;
