Piper Alderman’s busy Real Estate team in Sydney is seeking a Property Associate to join a collaborative group of property experts. You will work on a diverse range of transactional matters spanning acquisition, development, and leasing of large-scale property transactions in a national environment.

The role offers significant client contact, autonomy, and a platform to grow technical expertise, with opportunities for career development within a leading commercial law firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in property.
• Exposure to leasing work.
• Excellent academic record with strong legal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow with Piper Alderman.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also autonomously at times.
