Qualifications

• Senior Associate or Special Counsel (5PQE+), strong post-qualification experience in property law.
• Experience across property transactions, development and commercial leasing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Collaborative approach with mentoring interest for junior lawyers.
