DHL Supply Chain Australia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Ravenhall site daily operations, driving performance, safety and service excellence for our customers. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, optimise warehouse workflows and inventory accuracy, and implement cost-effective strategies to meet revenue and service targets.

The role requires strong leadership, end-to-end 3PL logistics knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver

Qualifications

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations in a 3PL environment.
• Experience leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
• End-to-end knowledge of supply chain operations with focus on labour planning and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment and cost-effective activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders both internal and external.
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams.
• Ensure the customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and take corrective action when needed.

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
• Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and correct action is taken to rectify

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment.
• Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
• Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Experience with WMS systems- ideally Manhattan
