Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections work and rating/billing.
• Strong data entry and accuracy in recording payments and receipts.
• Ability to explain billing matters clearly to residents and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with debt recovery tasks by monitoring overdue accounts and liaising with debtors and contractors.
• Assist with receiving processes by verifying and reconciling incoming documentation.
• Process customer service enquiries via phone and email, offering guidance to ratepayers.
• Assist with rating enquiries ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with sundry debtor enquiries and recovery processes.
