Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking a motivated office-based Repair Coordinator to join our Rapid Repair team at the Kunda Park office. You’ll schedule and manage repairs, coordinate Make Safe and repair processes, and liaise with customers and trades to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Develop your career in supervision and coordination, with ongoing training and a clear path to Cert IV in Building & Construction. A collaborative, fast-paced environment and supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating repairs or insurance repair jobs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to review reports and liaise with trades and customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage repairs and Make Safe sequencing.
• Coordinate repairs with trades and our Submissions Team.
• Liaise with customers by phone and email.
• Review insurers' reports for clarity and accuracy.
• Supervise on-site repairs to ensure quality.
