Auto & General in Australia is seeking a Performance Repair Coordinator to drive repair momentum across builder portfolios and convert data into actionable steps. You will coordinate builders and internal teams to remove blockers, accelerate milestones and restore portfolio discipline, working with Performance Relationship Managers.

The role focuses on commercial expediting, builder execution and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment, based at our North Lakes office.

Qualifications

• Experience in home claims, insurance building, or high‑volume service operations.
• Ability to manage high‑volume queues, ageing work and SLA exceptions.
• Strong commercial judgment with escalation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Proactively expedite at-risk repairs, removing blockers and prioritising urgent claims.
• Coordinate builders and internal stakeholders to meet milestones and action plans.
• Escalate persistent delays through governance pathways and maintain accountability.
