One Solution Building Services in Brisbane is hiring a Repair Coordinator to manage a portfolio of residential insurance repair jobs from approval to completion, working with our on-road supervision team. You will coordinate trades, schedules and documentation to keep repairs moving and customers informed.

This role requires strong organisation, proactive problem solving and a customer-focused approach. You’ll liaise with insurers, customers and subcontractors, maintain records and invoicing,

Formación

• Strong administration, coordination and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Confidence managing multiple jobs, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A solutions-focused attitude and initiative to follow through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in insurance repairs or construction administration would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate trades, appointments and repair schedules to keep jobs progressing.
• Proactively manage your portfolio, identifying delays and finding solutions to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with customers, insurers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage job documentation, including progress and final invoicing.
• Keep job records, updates and client portals accurate and up to date.
• Deliver a positive customer experience, particularly for people navigating property damage.
• Support the wider team when needed.
