Cubic Transportation Systems in Brisbane seeks a Field Service Technician to provide frontline technical support and maintenance for Automated Ticketing Systems across the customer network. You will diagnose faults, deploy software, and respond to incidents on a rostered schedule.

The role requires trade or technical qualifications, RIW card and a valid Queensland driver's license, with strong customer service skills and ability to work safely on site.

Formación

• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technician roles.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Automated Ticketing Systems and customer assets.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve faults in equipment, software, and networks.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in designated systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Identify safety risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
