Job summary

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, deploy software, and respond to incidents to ensure system availability and performance, following KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, technical maintenance, or technician roles.
• Able to diagnose and repair electromechanical systems and equipment.
• Basic networking knowledge and ability to read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Automated Ticketing Systems and related assets.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system faults.
• Use diagnostic tools and documentation to identify faults to component level.
