Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver frontline technical support and maintenance for Automated Ticketing Systems across customer networks in Australia. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, deploy software, and respond to incidents to ensure system availability and performance on a rostered schedule.

Working in the field, you will communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain service records in ServiceNow,

Qualifications

Trade or Technical qualifications in electrical, IT or telecommunications.
White Card or RIW Card, with employer support if needed.
Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card.
Valid Queensland Driver's license.
Experience in field service or maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Automated Ticketing Systems and assets.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in equipment, software, networks, and systems.
Use diagnostic tools and documentation to identify faults to component level.
Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation in ServiceNow.
Provide professional technical support to customers and stakeholders.
Identify safety risks and report issues to management.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality.
