Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Previous Radiology practice experience would be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Reception, welcoming and processing patients.
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
• Following up medical information with referrers and third parties.
• Managing telephone enquiries.
• Supporting the Radiologists.
• Collaborating with Radiographers/Sonographers & Radiologists.
