Job summary

Lumus Imaging in Toowoomba is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our clinic. Hours are 8.30am - 5pm, rostered Mon–Fri. You will provide reception services, be the first point of contact for patients and practitioners, and support the team with a range of admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception and/or radiology is preferred.
• Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle all reception duties including greeting patients and practitioners.
• Make exam bookings and MRI bookings.
• General clerical duties and administrative support.
• Medicare billing and banking duties.
