Panorama Radiology Specialists is seeking an experienced radiology receptionist to join our Benowa-based, doctor-owned multimodality clinic on the Gold Coast in a full-time role. The team is friendly and highly experienced, committed to exceptional patient care using state-of-the-art imaging technology.

The successful candidate will manage bookings, data entry, referrals, and billing while engaging professionally with clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months radiology receptionist experience.
• Excellent customer communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
• Experience with Karisma RIS software is preferred.
• Understanding Medicare billings in radiology contexts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointment bookings and process billings.
• Enter and process patient data accurately.
• Schedule bookings and manage procedural enquiries.
• Engage effectively with referring clinicians and patients.
• Communicate with Imaging Technologist and Radiologist staff.
• Support the Radiologist and Business Manager to optimise efficiency and patient care.
