Imaging Queensland is seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk team at our CBD Brisbane clinic. The role involves welcoming patients, managing bookings for X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI, and providing a professional patient experience across the clinic.

You will handle phone and email enquiries, coordinate with referrers and clinical staff, and support daily operations. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, no weekends, with training and career growth

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems, including booking software.
• Comfortable learning and using medical terminology.
• Professional presentation with strong communication and patient care skills.
• A team player who demonstrates integrity, respect and professionalism.

• Supporting our clinical teams to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.
• Attending team meetings and participating in training and development opportunities.
• Working in line with clinic policies, procedures and standards.

Imaging Queensland (formerly CitiScan Radiology) is one of Brisbane's largest and most technologically advanced medical imaging practices, located in the heart of the CBD on Queen Street Mall. Our state-of-the-art clinics provide imaging services to CBD workers, students and residents, offering a comprehensive range of modalities including MRI, Digital X-ray, Low Dose CT, 3D/4D Ultrasound, BMD, Nuclear Medicine and Dental Imaging. ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk team. This role is primarily based at our Imaging Queensland clinic, with occasional support at our Diagnostic Imaging for Women clinic located right next door. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for patients booking and attending a range of imaging appointments, including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, rostered between 7:30am and 5:00pm. No weekends.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
