Lake Imaging is looking for Full Time Medical Receptionists to support Geelong region clinics as the face of our organisation, delivering high standards of service to patients, referrers and the community. You will answer calls, schedule appointments using the Visage RIS system, manage referrals, and communicate preparation and costs to patients to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role is desirable.
• Willingness to learn medical imaging terminology.
• Comfort with using computer systems and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with professional, friendly service.

• Maximise efficiency by managing appointments.
• Process referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate preparation, costing estimates and requirements to patients.
