Lake Imaging Warrnambool clinic is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to be the face of our service. You will greet patients and referrers, answer calls, schedule appointments using Visage RIS, and help ensure efficient, smooth operations across the front desk.

You will communicate clearly about patient preparation, costs and requirements, support a collaborative team, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive culture backed by IDX Group benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing reception role preferred.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use hospital RIS systems.
• Excellent communication with patients and referrers.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls with a friendly, professional voice.

• Managing appointments to keep operations smooth.
• Processing referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
