Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking Full Time Medical Receptionists to support Geelong region clinics, delivering friendly, professional service to patients and referrers while supporting efficient appointment management. You will use Visage RIS to schedule and coordinate referrals across our radiology network.

Qualifications

• Role requires frontline reception duties for patients and referrers.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfort with medical terminology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answering Calls: be the friendly, professional voice for patients and referrers.
• Scheduling: use Visage RIS to manage appointments.
• Maximising Efficiency: keep clinics running smoothly and coordinate bookings.
• Referrals: action patient referrals from multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepping Patients: inform patients of preparation, costs and requirements.
