Focus Radiology is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join their busy clinics in Sydney. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and no medical background is required as full training will be provided to help you succeed.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling bookings, inquiries and payments while supporting radiographers and the admin team in a fast-paced environment.

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of ensuring our clinics run smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive, friendly first impression.

• Managing patient bookings, registrations and enquiries.

• Answering phone calls and assisting patients with their appointments.

• Working alongside our radiographers, sonographers, radiologists and administration team.

• Assisting with Medicare billing, payments and general administration.

• Helping maintain an organised and efficient reception environment.

Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with medical terminology or billing – we'll provide training!

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned about what's on your resume and more interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in reception, retail, hospitality, customer service or medical administration is an advantage, but absolutely not essential.
