Job summary

Cornerstone Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Receptionist to join Our Medical Radiology, based in Kellyville. In a modern, integrated healthcare environment, you will contribute to delivering high-quality radiology services that support positive patient outcomes and smooth clinical workflows.

You will bring experience in medical reception, be comfortable with medical software and Medicare billing, and communicate clearly with patients and referring practitioners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare.
• Computer literacy and confidence in learning new medical software systems.
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail, adept at managing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and schedule imaging appointments with accuracy.
• Coordinate with radiology staff to ensure timely, high-quality imaging services.
• Assist with pre-visit documentation and billing where applicable.
• Maintain patient records securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
• Support a culture of patient-centred care and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiology Receptionist to join our team at Our Medical Radiology, based in Kellyville.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad range of studies including interventional procedures
• Operate specialised imaging equipment with accuracy, efficiency, and clinical confidence
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensuring care, comfort, and clear communication
• Maintain the highest standards of imaging quality, safety, and compliance
• Work closely with referring practitioners to support timely and accurate clinical outcomes
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
• Support a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

You are a confident and experienced Radiology Receptionist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.
