Job summary

Sunshine Coast Radiology, part of the IDX network, is seeking Medical Receptionists across the Sunshine Coast. You’ll welcome patients, manage bookings and inquiries, answer phones, and assist with billing and claims while supporting radiology teams.

The role offers a busy, friendly environment with training and development opportunities. Ideal candidates are approachable, well-organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, with a commitment to confidentiality and patient care.

Looking for a rewarding role where you can combine customer service, organisation and people skills? Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR) is looking for enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionists to join our growing teams across the Sunshine Coast.

About Sunshine Coast Radiology

Sunshine Coast Radiology is the largest medical imaging provider on the Sunshine Coast and part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostics (IDX) network. With 13 clinics spanning the Sunshine Coast, we offer opportunities to work in desirable locations and clinical environments, supported by experienced and friendly teams. Our teams are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, from the moment a patient walks through our doors to the completion of their appointment.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey and the wider clinical team. Your day will include:
