With clinics located across Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and more opening throughout the coming months, we are expanding our patient-facing team at our Box Hill clinic and Box Hill booking centre, along with our surrounding clinics. We are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.

What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their medical imaging journey. You’ll manage inbound calls, providing clear and compassionate communication while handling bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups, along with the overall patient workflow. Whether you're an experienced Medical Receptionist, or someone with strong administrative and customer service experience looking to step into the healthcare sector, this role offers variety, support, and professional growth in a values-driven environment.

• Previous medical administration or contact centre experience (highly regarded)
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills
• Experience working autonomously and part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Confidence with technology and the ability to manage multiple systems while speaking with patients
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Mon-Thu, and 8am-6pm Fridays
