Job summary

Cornerstone Health in Melbourne is seeking a Radiology Receptionist for Our Medical Radiology Oakleigh. You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinate appointments, and support radiology services in a modern, integrated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has medical reception experience, strong computer literacy, knowledge of Medicare billing, and excellent communication. We offer a collaborative team, career progression, and a commitment to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential).
• Computer literacy and confidence in efficiently learning new medical software systems.
• Knowledge and experience with mixed billing practices and Medicare.
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail, adept at managing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a broad range of studies including interventional procedures
• Operate specialised imaging equipment with accuracy, efficiency, and clinical confidence
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensuring care, comfort, and clear communication
• Maintain the highest standards of imaging quality, safety, and compliance
• Work closely with referring practitioners to support timely and accurate clinical outcomes
