South Coast Radiology is seeking a confident Medical Receptionist to support our Southern Hub across John Flynn Hospital, Tweed Heads and our Nuclear Medicine Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering high standards of care in a fast-paced environment.

• Warm, professional and approachable personality.
• Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in patients.
• Answering phones and managing email enquiries.
• Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma).
• Advising patients on preparation requirements.
• Quoting fees and processing payments.
• Handling DVA and third-party claims.
• Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care.

Your Day-to-Day:
