Job summary

Tabcorp in Australia seeks an Oncourse Casual Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support seamless oncourse operations. You will lead casual staff, manage betting transactions and ensure compliance across race day activities.

Available for approximately 2 shifts per week, including weekdays, you will coordinate teams, handle cash activities, and provide product information and promotions to customers while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach in a dynamic environment.

• Drive accurate and efficient processing of customer betting transactions.
• Support cash management, float allocation and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate oncourse equipment readiness and operational requirements.
• Provide product information, promotions and customer support confidently.
• Ensure compliance requirements are followed across all race day activities.
