Tabcorp's TAB Oncourse team in Grafton is seeking a casual Oncourse Customer Service Operator. You will engage customers at racing events, handling betting transactions, providing product information and promoting offers with accuracy and a friendly, professional approach.

Oncourse Customer Service Operator (Casual) - Casino/Grafton

As an Oncourse Customer Service Operator, you'll help create memorable customer experiences by delivering friendly, accurate and efficient service at racing events. Joining a passionate oncourse team, you'll play an important role in helping customers enjoy every moment while representing one of Australia's most recognised betting brands.

Your role
