Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking an Oncourse Casual Lead to be at the heart of the action on race days, delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting smooth oncourse operations. You will lead casual team members, assist race day teams and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless TAB experience across Australia.

The role requires flexibility for 2 shifts per week, including weekdays, a strong focus on customer service, accuracy in cash handling and a collaborative approach to team

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this casual Operator role combines customer service excellence with operational oversight. You will support race day teams, lead casual team members and help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless TAB experience. On average, you will need to be available for 2 shifts per week, including weekdays.

• Drive accurate and efficient processing of customer betting transactions.
• Support cash management, float allocation and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate oncourse equipment readiness and operational requirements.
• Provide product information, promotions and customer support confidently.
• Ensure compliance requirements are followed across all race day activities.
