UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Quality & Systems Specialist to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail project in Brisbane. You will administer project information, quality systems and reporting to ensure contractual compliance and governance across multiple platforms.

The role requires configuring InEight workflows, developing Power BI dashboards, and providing guidance on information systems to alliance staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science or related construction/IT discipline.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems training (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years construction experience with information and quality management.
• Experience configuring InEight Document workflows and document control.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards from project data.
• Experience managing Power BI workspaces, apps and access permissions.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 groups and Outlook accounts.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Administer Project Information, Reporting and Quality Systems to ensure compliance.
• Configure and maintain InEight Document workflows, roles and permissions.
• Develop and publish Power BI reports and dashboards from project data.
• Manage the Power BI Workspace, security groups and user access.
• Provide guidance on information systems and governance to staff.
• Support continuous improvement of project management and QA processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify reporting and workflow improvements.
• Maintain process flows, registers and work instructions for QMS.
