UGL Pty Limited is delivering major rail infrastructure projects across Australia, including the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) program. The role focuses on coordinating design, procurement and construction elements to deliver project milestones while ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

You will lead on-site teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align with client expectations, with a strong emphasis on achieving milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer within Rail Systems, ideally with track experience.
• Rail Industry Worker competencies.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop quantity take-offs, maintain scope and change register.
• Monitor key construction requirements and implement prompt corrective action to meet specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers work.
• Verify conformance for works under control.
• Maintain project document control and records.
• Manage design works and obtain all relevant approvals.
• Undertake monthly forecasting including accruals, quantity take-offs, forecasting and reporting to inform the project’s financial position and risks.
• Lead construction teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve daily project objectives.
